*All guests, both new and repeat, MUST be registered ahead of time. To pre-register a guest, first have them create an account with us online. Once they’ve created an account, please text (805-749-2067) or email (hello@grassrootsyogaventura.com) us with their full name and the class you’d like to sign them up for. Requests made less than 48 hours before class are not guaranteed, and your guest’s spot is not valid until confirmed by a Grassroots Yoga representative. We highly recommend registering your guest 48 hours in advance.

*Membership cancelations require a two-week notice by email. If your next autopay is scheduled within two weeks of your request, you are responsible for that payment and your membership will not renew after that. This applies to monthly memberships, annual memberships and family memberships. Cancelling a family membership, cancels it for both those on the membership.

*Cancelation of memberships must be done by emailing hello@grassrootsyogaventura.com. Once your membership is canceled, it will not be renewed. No refunds or proration. Please note that monthly memberships are unable to be canceled within the initial three-month commitment period. Any rate locks will be sacrificed and future memberships will be subject to the current rate at the time of sign up.

*For discounted memberships, you must present valid ID and credentials, yoga teachers must teach at least 1 class per week to qualify, not valid for spouses or family members. For discounted family memberships, both students must qualify for the discounted pass.

*Cancellations for the Grassroots Unheated Monthly Pass and Mat Storage must be done at the front desk or via email at hello@grassrootsyogaventura.com at least 72 hours prior to the next scheduled auto-pay.
