TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE
I came to yoga to find balance amidst the stress of life while living in NYC. After religiously committing myself to the practice, becoming a teacher was the natural next step. Spending many years trying on different styles, an Iyengar based vinyasa flow is the lens in which I view, practice, and teach yoga. Also incorporating strength and mobility training into my yoga has left me feeling more resilient as the years go on. But truly the meditation practice has fiercely grounded me and continues to help me have a sense of humor and to have compassion and kindness toward myself and others.

TELL US A BRIEF HISTORY OF YOUR TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I received my 200 hour certification in 2011, as well as a 100 hour Training from Threes Physiyoga learning to incorporate the principles of physical therapy into the yoga practice. I’m an avid lover of mobility work, FRC/Kinstretch, and sprinkle them heavily into my classes. From advanced classes to restorative, from group classes, to privates, I love assisting students in being curious about their body, mind and soul.
